14. Historical Airshow 2024: WARBIRDS in Action

Among the participating aircraft were the Republic P-47D Thunderbolt, flown by Baptiste Salis. The North American P-51 Mustang was also represented multiple times. Miroslav Sázavský and Radim Vojta piloted these legendary aircraft. Another highlight was the Supermarine Spitfire Mk.XIVe, flown by Brice Ohayon.

The event not only offered a spectacular airshow but also the opportunity to experience the history of aviation up close. Historical aircraft from World War II flew across the sky in awe-inspiring formations. The pilots demonstrated their skill and presented the tradition in aviation history, which we model builders like to photograph as a template for replicas in model flying. Also, watching the original aircraft’s flight maneuvers and incorporating them into our replicas completes model flying to perfection.
