Something that does confuse me is how many experienced flyers ruin their prop (and potentially their engine) either if they're doing a gear-up landing, or by trying to use the throttle to get a nose-heavy plane out of the rough. I haven't flown for years but even my basic set had a 'throttle cut' function to quickly cut power. Why don't people doing a gear-up landing cut it just before touching down, or if they can see the nose is going over? Not a criticism just curious…

27. I love watching these but I have a stupid question – are these kits or are they hand made by engineers? Id love to be able to build one but have absolutely no experience building anything!
