This is the first time the Junkers Ju-188 was flying in public at the warbird meeting in Timmersdorf / Austria.
Builder & Owner: Adolf (Adi) Leopold
This project is one of two models of Ju-188 at the same modelers club. The weathering has be done by Klaus Herold, who is an expert in painting and weathering WW2 Rc planes.

Wow what a goofy looking aircraft. I'd be embarrassed to fly one of those, ha ha. Those Moki engines are cool as heck, with that throaty sound, especially during idle.

Ein hervorragendes Modell! Nur muß die Flug-und Starterscheinung noch etwas angepasst werden. Es fliegt noch zu Modellmäßig . Längere Start und Landestrecke, ruhigere und kleinere Ruderausschläge würden was Erscheinungsbild dem Original noch näher bringen. Man könnte die Dieseleinspritzung für beide Motoren getrennt steuerbar machen, so kann man zerschossene Motoren simulieren, etwa nach einem Luftkampf mit feindlichen Jägern. Ansonsten ein brilliantes Modell. Nur die Bombenschächte vermisse ich noch. ??

Very nice model looks and sounds great, it looks slightly tail heavy making it a little pitch sensitive would hate to see you damage the model with a stall
