My Dad had 869 hours in a 1942 Beechcraft c-45h, which was in service from 1967 to 198. He said it was a very commanding/hard plane to fly compared to other planes (if I remember right, the nose was heavy and the window placement had something to do with it)

What a lovely aircraft. Totally underrated but very versatile. It had a very long production run from 1939 to 1970. Thank you for sharing and God Bless from Florida.
