I'm thinking what they can do to increase audience participation is to add a HD FPV system with pan/roll/tilt gimbal in the RC jet's cockpit. Like Walksnail Moonlight FPV camera with GM3 gimbal transmitting live stabilized 1080p digital video back to video goggles on the ground. Then let kids and other audience members on the ground take turns to wear the FPV goggles (with headtracker) look around from inside the cockpit as the RC pilot flies his routine.
Audience members would be lining up for that.
Total additional cost may be only some $1000 and that includes the one-time purchase of the video goggles.
