  1. Very nice flight flight, indeed! If I were a critic, I'd say take-off was a bit abrupt, with the gear coming up a little early. Other than that, Most Excellent!!!

  2. Hello George. I'm only the producer of the videos on this channel. The L-39 belongs to Tom. I don't know exactly if this is a kit from "Tomahwak Design" or not. Just now I've added a link in the video description.

  3. Of course not to forget that producing this level of entertainment dos implicate "some skills" in the filming department ! 🙂 thx a LOT !

  4. You might be right, but I think Tom knows very well what kind of turbine will do the right job on his plane. He's a very skilled builder and pilot ツ
… and I'm only the guy behind the scene ٩(•̮̮̃•̃)۶

  5. Look at some tech data:Diameter113 mm–4,45inch Length 313mm–12,32inch Weight 1640g–3,62lbs max.thrust 220N – 49,46lbs@123,000rpm.Have the same dimension and weight.only fuel consumption is bigger at max power.Obviously everyone must compliant his budget!

  6. I believe is better a JB220 N turbine, because the 180 have this power on the test bench, but inside a plane you have a significative power loss, with more power you can handle better during hard aerobatic figures, nice plane…a dream!

  7. Thnak you very much for your great comment. The flight was only slightly longer than shown here. This was no competition but a friendly modellers meeting.
    Best regards, RCSA
