It’s the only one which is flyable with the original engine DB601N of Daimler Benz.

[Musik] [Musik] Großer Motorfahrer. [Musik] เฮ Kzeiten hat man dann in England den Motor aufgebaut, teilweise Teile in Einzelproduktion neu hergestellt und dann 12 Tage lang getestet und hat tatsächlich die Toleranzen von 1941 wieder einhalten können. [Musik] Ja, und parallel zum Motor wurde auch die Zelle restauriert, genauso mit Einzelteilen, wie in Einzelproduktion hergestellt wurden. Und ein ganzes Team hat sich extra darum gekümmert, die Dokumentationen, die das Luftfahrtbundesamt brauchte, zu besorgen, zu erstellen, Gutachten zu erstellen. [Musik] Tatsächlich ist die Fertigstellung noch gar nicht so lange her. Mai diesen Jahres wurde die Maschine von Charlie Brown zum ersten Mal vorgeflogen und dann den Besitzer übergeben und da stand dann schon fest, dass wir sie hier auf der Hahnweite sehen werden. So den alles ganz bleibt, nichts kaputt geht, alles funktioniert und das ist schon, ich denke, dass wir hier zum ersten Mal die Emil nach der Restauration mit Charlie Braun vor der Öffentlichkeit vor großem Publikum, sehr großen Publikum heute hier präsentieren können. Das macht uns bisschen stolz. [Musik] So, jetzt im Anflug im Endflug Charlie Brown und die M109, die Emil. [Applaus] Ein Meister seines Fachs. Charlie Braun. Ja, super. Super Landung. Kom.

Charlie Brown is one of the most experienced Spitfire pilots in the world and has mastered the109E with consummate ease unlike the pilot of Black 6 .
What shape it has, what sound it makes, there is nothing else like this. I love the design of this aircraft, with all its faults and shortcomings.

Das Ding ist in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Vor allem die Lackierung. Warum macht Ihr nicht die vier Balken ans Seitenleitwerk, wie sie die Bf 109 des Hangar 10 in Usedom haben?

Awesome, just watched a 190 video as well, with the chrome cowl. It is one crazy airfield with the rise and fall in terrain… I would think it would be quite nerve-wracking landing there with a 109's undercarriage!
