Even though it's a model to think that's a real flying piece of history and someone in that day rode in a plane like that
to me this is an autthentic artwork no the rubbish of foam planes that we have today in the market
Floated and then bounced the landing a bit. Was that pilot or a bit of updraft that caused that?
God! If you guys make these any larger , you may as well get a pilots license and fly in it already.
truly a splendid flying machine. And THANKS for not using it for 'non-scale' aerobatic nonsense as so many do with their supposedly 'scale' recreations. Magnificent work, well done!
Impressive flight with the flying boat. It has so many engines it just impressed me on how it flies.
wow
Gas engines? Do you mean petrol? Gas is something else, Americans have difficulty with, and understanding petrol. Gasoline shortened to gas is lazy and inaccurate.
Fantastic model aircraft.
The fly-by's look awesome at half speed playback… try it!
Amazing detail & dedication in building this work of art! Just amazing!
3:27 money shot
not practical.
This has to go in the RC airplane hall of fame!
Wow! That's a beautiful model! I know it wouldn't be scale but it looks like the Dornier needs more rudder. Does it fly like that or am I completely off base? It's still absolutely beautiful. Amazing pilot skills as well.
Just incredibil nice work. Wooow
In this day and age it is totally unacceptable for grown men have toys that do nothing but release carbon into our atmosphere this is totally unacceptable ! !
Wow! Those are good engines, they started right up. Can’t imagine what it’s like to tune all of these
Delicious
So they are not gas engines, They are 4 cycle glow engines.
Need some P51's to shoot it down!
A dozen engines wow ! And I thought balancing the carbs on my XS1100 was tricky !
The original Do-X could barely hit 100' above sea level under full load. As the fuel burnt off, it managed to get to higher altitude.
Would've loved to see the plane land on water, don't know if that's viable, but a extraordinary craft and video.
Beautiful aircraft. Well done, sir.
What an amazing airplane. Great build, great pilot skills, and a great experience to watch. Can only imagine what it was like to live during that era and be part of the history of the dawning of commercial aviation.
