  1. Thank you Horst for the great video of our plane! As the description states- this plane was painted in Air Force One livery as a tribute to the 9/11 attack on the US. We were in primer stages when the event occurred, so we decided to pay tribute with these colors. This plane has been flying for 17 years now!! God bless the USA!!

  2. An awesome model, a great flight and a perfect landing. It's nice to see a 17 year old model looking and flying like brand new. Thanks for doing such a great job on the video and sharing it with us Horst! It was wonderful…oida! 🤣🤣🤣
    Cheers, Bob

  3. Awesome looking & flying model, nice pilot skills, and great camera work…. but that's the only way you would ever see an L1011 in Air Force 1 colors… no way a presidential airplane would be that junk plane (the real one that is).

  4. That is a really nice L-1011 RC Plane.
I have worked with real L-1011's many years ago.
Your RC plane looks very real and definitely brings back memories for me of them.
They were great looking airplanes. They looked so cool at night, with their 4 rotating beacons 2 on the top and two on the bottom of the plane.
This is a great video I really enjoyed it and a great tribute to 9/11.
