  1. Anyone who has ever spent many hours building even from a kit knows how nerve racking it can be to then go and fly it, but 7 years? How do you have the nerve to even fly it? Is that real aluminum panels on that? After all that work, if you could just put a Kolm engine on this Mentor, the sound would be the best it could. Moki has the best sound, but you need a radial engine model for Moki, and the best in-line is Kolm for the most part. Superb work! Build a Bonanza with a Kolm in it next! That 1 to 3 reduction gear really brings the best sound, and lets you swing a larger prop, which also sounds better and more realistic. What you have is better than a turbine!

  2. Quite rare to see this as an RC – beautiful build. Something about the shape reminds me a bit of the Percival Provost.
    Very satisfying smooth flight… and a well nailed landing.
