right on the edge in that fog………..another 15 seconds flying blind and he would be picking it up in pieces……………
Awesome, greeat job! To all the folks leaving negative comments about how awful it is to fly in this weather, nobody cares, not your plane, not your deal, no worries ok.
Kudos for this fellow's bravery, but that sure doesn't look very smart to me. (A cheap, fluorescent yellow, electric foamie with bright, blinking LED's maybe – but a multi-K $ 310?!?) Kept me on the edge of my seat. ?Glad he was able to pull it off.
Terrible to fly a RC model during these weather conditions!
Next time, do not forget to switch on your position lights…
Very unwise to fly under such circonstances…
Achtung..!
what did he prove?
stupid game
Nice Cessna 310
What a beautiful aircraft that Cessna. Is the pilot instrument rated flying in that soup. Took a chance with that beauty and pulled it off…..I was getting nervous. Great landing
Beautiful Airplane. Very smart to land it quickly in those conditions.

Courageous indeed!
Absolutely insane
i bet it can carry a 9 years old, too bad I'm now 40.?
this aircraft can bomb Russians in Ukraine
This is flying at the next level. That landing was a Peach.

Hi professor Can you a to help me to give me please..
Makin' me nervous .
As only an observer who can not fly RC My sense says he nearly crashed and would not say that was a perfect and beautiful landing execution. He dropped with wings only level at the instant wheels touched. If that was intentional, I don’t think so. Very very lucky as I see it here. ‘He was crapping his pants.’
I fly the real deal, but I cannot fly a RC, I’ve crashed everything I’ve owned
I don't thing I would use my hands to turn those engines on, there's a device to be used that can do that for you.
Makes no sense at all. What does it prove, nothing. He wised up and landed before he destroyed it!
Sir, that’s IFR condition by the way it’s beautiful bird !
Sheer madness to fly in that weather. Shod have his licence revoked. Think of the risk to the spectators if he had got it wrong. My description of pilot is if he had half a brain it would be lonely.
BIG
Very good flying skills, although the decision to take off, could have another outcome.
Nothing like flying an RC model into IMC
Never done IFR with an RC….
Does model, transmitter, receiver and pilot have an IFR license? ;-))
Just kidding 😉
But an artificial horizon display could be handy 😉 To guess the orientation of the plane 😉
You could guess the airspeed from the orientationof the plane and the power setting (and the motor noise or an rpm sensor data instead of the motor noise).
A radar altimeter could be useful, but also a bit too much and I guess it could give false readings when banking when it measures "down" (where it would be really useful because everything changes in the flight characteristics compared to a straight fligh).
So, it was experience, that he used. He knows how it reacts … and probably he saw more than the camera could show us…
