  1. The Shuttle mounts did not have sufficient angle of attack that would allow the shuttle to clear the tail.

    The AN225 should have been flown in a slight descent, increasing airspeed as airflow pressure between the two rises.

    Nice too see both survive the glitch.

  2. RC doesn’t get me at all. Building those models is great but flying with them… it seems everything but real in my eyes. It is the moment a great model seems like a cheap toy

  4. Is this an old video? I've seen this same thing happen before. Scary if it's something that happens multiple times. Great video anyway.

  5. For those who don't know or are unaware this maneuver is total rubbish. The intention of these to aircraft joined together was for transport only and not in-flight separation. What you witnessed is totally realistic and both air frames should have perished.

  6. More monsters! Amazing. Surprising short take off for something so large and heavy. Very tense moment with release but thankfully OK. Two ideal landings.
