  1. Central and right engins stopped run so , when he gave throttle , the left motor rolled over the plane on the right . The engines didn't have personal carburator , injection, tank?

  2. My first plane ride was on the Ford Trimotor from Sandusky to Put-in-Bay Ohio in 1966. The Trimotor was a copy of the German plane right down to the corrugated metal skin.

  4. This is why I'd be afraid to take a loved one to see these things fly. Never know when one of these idiots are gonna crash a 50 pound model on you or your car.

  5. Noticing that the center and right engine stalled before this tragic landing occurred.
Only having left engine operating would make landing near impossible!
    This is heartbreaking!!

  6. PIO in the flare, cobbed the throttle to go around (first mistake) but didn't use the rudder (second mistake), with a subsequent and entirely predictable stall/crash. Just like a real airplane, go figure.

  7. This will be one of the most shared, and biggest airplane crashes on YouTube. I would almost suggest re-uploading the final 30 seconds of footage.. as a stand alone. Very cool – and very sad 🙁
