we welcome my friends to the free Glide League award ceremony 2024 and in this year 2024 we start the first time the free Glide league and we are happy about the many many part partipants and they came they coming from 14 n uh Nations and the um the number number of the participants are 154 on slope and flatland evaluations thank you so much and I can’t believe it because we’ve flown nearby two times around the world and um with 75,7 2017 kilometers and that’s is incredible and for the first year so and the the award ceremony will show you how strong the community is and how strong it increase since March up in the number of partipants and I’m very proud to get the idea and the money to to let it flow and the special thanks is not to me it’s for Andre Fletcher he is the organizer and Hoster and scripture and he do everything for us and especially the technical support if you have problems with our EGC file we sent it to him on support at RC electronics. and we get the prompt uh the feedback from him what is wrong or what what we have what we have to do in the next time so he’s the best he’s the organizer and I’m only the uh what do you call it in German renl so I do my best uh to be make the contact and if something in the rules are uh not scripted and have to be scripted do it with our donations uh on RC model spot.com everybody put some money inside for the idea for the new idea so the last idea and it will be the last one at all we are ready with the scripting after the first year and the rules are three finger rules I will make a video in the next time uh about that uh so many people from Australia New Zealand and Jo Copeland is one of the c tech person there I have a list over 20 contact persons in the in the map on the special side I will show you in the new rules coming up in the next time so let us start the award ceremony so we do that okay uh we have two we have 20 prizes you know 20 prizes about this um decentral um what do you call it uh competition a only a online competition you can start with your own gliders um in the wingspan classes they from zero to F 4,000 mm this is Club class and the standard class starts from 4,1 mm to 6,000 millimeters and over 6,000 1 mm it’s the open class and you’re flying in the thermal and you fly you’re gliding spe on on the way across the land and you don’t go higher than 750 m AGL um if it’s allowed to fly that in your area where you fly and um so the rules are clear and I will make the special setup and uh rules um videos on the other trip but we are in award cere ceremony for 2024 now and we will start with [Music] the I have to put something here okay and we start now with the slope the slope um Club class oh that was not the correct sorry so in the club class um we have the the flown you see G Lightner from Italy flown 7 87.2 kilm in h p Bell from Germany 87.9 and de har 990 kilm with five best flights in the club class this is the wingspan uh between 0 to 4,000 mm and it’s incredible but the winner the W winner is it’s incredible too it’s a high number and you can’t believe it so you get a ex extra Applause and it’s h Peter foren and he get this nice award I’ve made by myself is handmade from me and it’s incredible what he has done with [Applause] 1,125 KM H Peter forong thank you so much you you show us the high how high the um level is to fly slope is a club class and with only five flights such a n such a big number incredible thank you so much for this oh sorry about that so we go to the standard class the standard class is the same we have Thomas anof from Switzerland with 38.7 kilm Stefan zelina B 47 km and Thomas May with 7 98.7 and the winner is Michel rushnik from Switzerland with 1,100 23.2 kilm he here we make it it’s incredible is see um it’s a slow flying with the um sorry I have to mix something here okay so he’s flying um he’s flying this uh glider between four meter and six meter wingspan and in the slope and incredible 27 9 kilm 231 kilom it’s These are nice numbers and in some with his with his flight he flown 1,1 23 put Point 2 kilometers and thank you so much for this high level you have shown us and um let’s start with the next one it’s the Open Class winner and the Open Class [Music] winner Daniel vener is it and he flown in hon sck witha in this year and put his flight inside and this was a slope area uh in the what in the south of the lake of surich and um old uh Airfield and he’s very astonished that he get the price because nobody uh make more than five uh flights on the oh they make less five flights so he they are not in the um evaluation inside for the aad he must fly in the overall um in the classes and must have five flights to to be in so he is the only one the one and only and thank you so much Daniel Monica that you make the prize you’re very sympathic person yes you are so let’s go to the next the next one is slope 30 minutes 30 minutes you know if you start have a start and goes over the uh starting point you have fly as quick as you can in this time uh for your flight because it’s only counted to the 30 minutes and after to one hour and after to two hours and after that to three hours and after that that over three hours and this is the um evaluation for the time and you have to fly as quick as you can and um so it’s overall classes and you can uh bring um in three classes maximum the best five flights so you have 15 flights to some to be in the front and um they use it and now the followers are to Jenny from Switzerland with with 33.9 KM get from Germany he starts in the Autumn it’s incredible what he done what he have done with 300 34.8 km and S Rosa with 3 41.8 km and the winner is absolutely Stefan selenor from Roma and he he’s flying Switzer um flag but I don’t know uh Romans in Italy so sometimes you have to tell me tell me uh perhaps you are Switz you’re a Switzer guy and you’re flying in Italy so this makes sense um Stefan Zina ball with 3 98.5 kilometers congratulations for the high number for the high score so we go to the next one it’s the one hour class and the followers are gatm with 570. 4 km and chran Bloom with 5905 kmet and S Roo with 66.3 kilometers and the winner is yes he is Stefan again Stefan Zina B with 700 47.9 kilometers what a nice number so I hope somebody will kill the number in 20075 uh 2025 this year so it’s a high number and it’s a hard uh fight to get that so the next is the two hours oh sorry I have to go back here and you see um we are the two hours now sorry so two hours slope the followers are haral with 600 89.7 km 700 26 kilm from Thomas Meer Italy and his um compon from the same Club in brunck um with seven with only 400 met more it’s incredible so and the winner is H Peter Bell from Germany he’s flown 9775 km and it’s the high score for the 2 hour was um evaluation so H Peter you have done a good job a very good job congratulations for that so un speed B we go into the three hours plus three hours plus is you flying to the end and this is incredible in the last in December a person uh came from uh from nowhere and he is a winner and now let us uh show the followers oh what I have done oh this is kzi buman this 200 59.3 the har with 6 35 and Michelle rashik with 1,123 do2 kilomet and this High number is topped is topped only with 1.8 kmet from H Peter forw what a nice what a nice thing you have done it was incredible because hun Peter foren flown in December as well and uh he done everything to to bring it in front and now becoming to the winner of the overall [Applause] and overall it’s similar like uh like the time evolation but it isn’t the same so have a look this is in slope the the followers H hars with the 919 km hun Peter Bell 975 k K or rashik M is 1,123 do2 and the winner is overall H Peter for hang as well so congratulations to hunt Peter foren for the slope overall um evaluation and it’s a high number I hope it will be hold the next times and now in slope we go to the best single flight this is the flight which a person have done at the slope and flown the farest farest um flight and you see here are the flights only one flight uh har flown 15.1 km HP 4 2 46.8 km kuzi from Switzerland 259 got 3 kilom and the winner is the one and only melnik with 279 got six kmers and you get aard again so we are finished with the slope and we’re coming to the flat land and flatland is incredible and uh thank you so much for the slope it’s a special special flying in slope and a special flying on Flatland you can’t um compare it but the spirit is the same fly as far as you can and so quick as you can and you can specialize on your um on your um if you want to fly the best single flight do that and if you want to fly in the 30 minutes like Stefan do that and one hour do that and I want only want to be specialized on two hour flights so you can do everything or you you want to fly only Club class do that you have you have the chance to give a award so 10 awards for the slope we have done and now we came to the 10 Awards um of the Flatland so I go to flatland here to Club class we start with Club class um these are the best flights with the wingspan to 40 uh to four meters and you can fly everything this is I saw fies in the inside and uh with rips made one high-end uh five f5j uh models f3b models and um other kind of you you will see it in the end I have a little Dr show we call it um so you see the kind of spread everything you find in the in your cell your your old glider you can fly with that with only a little longer but I go for that later the other um the other videos I will make in the next week so we have the followers Oliva with 3 98.9 kilm yena Armin with 4 14. kilometers Jackie Cola from France um 4361 kilm he jaie he was in totoa the A and he only have to fly one flight more so he will win but the winner is Mario IL and he flown in the club class um very nice um colomet and in the sun with [Applause] 47 [Applause] 457 about five k so thank you so much for this number it’s a very very good um evaluation for the club class so thank you the next is a standard class between 4,000 to 6,000 millimeters uh wingspan and you need five flights uh the best five flights and the followers here are Daniel Bowman with 37 5.3 km Thomas am from Switzerland mwang 43.8 kilm and H Peter for hang is a jump to 550 kilm and now the best of the best is Thomas Meer from Italy it’s it’s it’s so easy he is a very heartful man and very good in flying as well and he’s a good guy and thank you so much Thomas Meer to set the um standard class score the first score in 2024 so high so many people must reach it so very good I will send it in the time the next time to you so in the open class this is unbelievable what I’ve seen here the open class from 6,1 mm too high and is a very hard fighting class because the gliders are very good in in the aspect ratio and the GL gliding and if you fly a glider like that you’re nearby full scale uh so my glider has um gliding from 1,000 m 40 kilom and um the other one 35 36 37 they are very very good in the quality of gliding and you fly with um with a special feeling and if you fly in in the other classes um like the standard class and the um the little the club class you have gliders as well they are very good but this one the open class is the the king class so I I I like it I’m to I’m totally exciting to tell you that here stepan Miler flown 571 kilm uh me only 609 km and Miller 96.2 kilm and the winner the absolute winner and I have to make it [Applause] louder this is incredible with the American purple people say uh awesome and not the English one about I I have no words 1, 1588 KET and thank you so much uh dear Hines it’s an high number uh what you what you have um the score level is very high to top it in the next time so I I’m interested to hear that somebody will fly more than you next time so big guy big guy in this class so oh sorry um this so now we go to the time evaluation uh in the Flatland 30 minutes so you have the best flights um and best five flights in all classes all three classes you can uh put in and and they have done it here you see there are the three classes uh and thas flown three classes uh 332 kilm and 3497 km s Rosner and your kic flown 300 300 62.6 cols and now the winner [Music] is Stefan again Stefan makes the 30 minutes in flat and slope as well and congratulations it’s a high number and you You’ flown in three classes in all three classes and you get the uh sum with 480 3.6 km with your 15 flights in the 30 minutes Al from 0 to 30 minutes nice number thank you so much Stefan and we coming to the next time evaluation it’s the one hour in the one hour we have Ein p hien with 5 five 5513 kilm hunt P 4H with 6008 kilm Sven L with [Applause] 660 kilometers 60 more than h p forh and now the winner is Stefan again so incredible thank you so much Stefan you shown everybody what what is uh what is uh the spirit and uh I thank you very much for the nice words you have written in the Facebook and on your Facebook side about the free Glide league and thanks for that so to get the you get the prize and you had the heart on the right side so be welcome in 2025 and I hope the other one as well will show us that 7002 kilometers are not a high number Okay so next one is a two hours and the two hours flat land going in the same way teos get 626. 6 kilom is a very good number very good number and M he get a little bit uh nervous because he flown one time 754 M over AGL above ground level and this flight was canceled because he’s going over to the 750 uh Mets and sorry about that to hear that but we have to cut this and disqualify the flight but he flown more he said I stand up I will give I don’t will give up this was a back heat um but it was my fa and he makes some incredible flights after that so he is a very good pilot in France and hinp Heiden comes up with 86.2 kilomet and the winner and the winner is I like him very much it’s hin Peter forart and he’s flying the same club like he P Heiden and he went 2 hours subin with 9001 got to km and nice number uh what you have done in two hours with with your 10 flights you put in in two classes so next time you fly uh the open class as well dear hun Peter foren and you will reach 1,000 easily so you’re a good pilot you know that and we know that and we are watching you so in the next one we are in the three-hour class in flatland and here we are Thomas Meer from Italy 7987 km hunt P Bell from techan 87.9 km or rushnik M uh with 8901 kilm and this is a high number this is a high number but in the three hour special [Applause] [Music] Applause 76 7 km it’s a it’s a good number and um you see only with six flights in two classes his is he in the front and win the award thank you so much for the high number so we have a look uh we want to Scrat uh want to scratch from the beginning in this year uh and we know the level now and we want to hit them um in the next time and now the king class for the absolute super conditioned person they’re flying more than three hours incredible so here we are Thomas Meer from Italy 229 he was with only one flight over in three hours and HP f as well with 266 9 km and M P with two flights 4959 km and the man and now the man of the year hin PES Heiden with 1,588 kilomet in the class of the three plus hours it’s a high number but it go but you can make it better in the next time if you fly but you have to fly you have time to fly more than 3 hours it’s it’s a conditional thing and if you fly with much more other classes you get a much more higher number perhaps to 2,000 or more so the overall is is the is the award um which is given to the person who flying with in all classes very high so somebody flown in the the 2hour class much more kilomet as than in the three-hour class or the three hour plus class so that’s is the reason uh it changed now the evaluation you see Stefan S B is now the third follower with 72 kilm hun Peter forh with 91.2 kilm and Bor is 96.7 2 kilm and the best of all it’s [Music] [Applause] the man of the year so be welcome this year as well it’s it’s an incredible number and H TI wants to fly the next time more than uh 400 kilometers and uh his goal in his lifetime uh will be the 500 so we came to the best single s flight now and the best single flight you see Thomas Meer the flatl with 229 km and M with 20 53.7 km H Peter 4 hogen a little bit more than 2 66.9 kilm and the best of the best who is it who is it everybody knows him oh yeah hi again yes it’s him oh thank you so much for all the party pans in this year it was a big fun and it’s so incredible to have a nice um 150 partipants from 14 Nation Nations here um in the decentral um comparison flights uh for free gliding and it’s much fun for me as well to organize that in the background uh with the rules and to have a little bit of fingers in uh that the um we have a monthly spot report and was this change from the other uh months before uh and who is coming up and he he was fighting or not what this yeah a little bit uh to get the feeling of the
