[Music] Hello and welcome to my channel for a new video. Today I have another snazzy little Blackhawk UH60L for you, the successor to the K160, which you can see here in the background. I’ve already made a video about it, which you can watch here. This version is now called the K270 and is basically identical, except that it now has a built-in air sensor. We’ll find out in this video whether that makes the Blackhawk fly better than its predecessor. And since Christmas is just around the corner, I’m also giving away another K270. You can find out how to enter at the end of the video, as always. By the way, I’ve also included chapters in the video description. If you click on them, you can jump directly to chapters if you want to skip a section, since a lot of things are often the same with these small helicopters, but that’s just a heads-up. I’d say let’s get started right away. Let’s go. I’ll also show you what all comes with this version. Of course, we’ll open the box again first. The very first thing we find is a flexible landing pad, like a mousepad, for example. It’s always included. Next, we have an instruction manual in English and Chinese. Then we need to open the plastic wrapping. Next, we have the stand. We can place the Blackhawk on it and put it on a shelf, for example. Then, in my case, we have the LiPo battery, a 1S 800mAh. I have two in my version, as one is still hidden inside the Blackhawk. Next, we have an accessory bag containing spare rotor blades, a spare tail rotor blade, some tools, and a spare main gear. Then we have another bag containing the USB charging cable for the two LiPo batteries. Finally, we have the 2.4GHz remote control, again with the two spring-loaded joysticks. I’ll show you that in more detail in a moment. And then, of course, we also have this sleek Blackhawk here at the end. I’ll show you that one in more detail next. Yes, here we have the K270 in front of us. Visually, apart from the paint job, it’s completely identical to the version from Ami here on the right and also the K160 here on the left. We’ve used a lot of rivets again. We have handles and small antennas everywhere. So, visually, it’s a real highlight. I think the almost completely white paint job here is almost the best-looking of all three versions. Feel free to write in the comments which of the three versions you like best. Technically, it’s also virtually identical. Except for what was mentioned earlier, this one has a cave sensor installed, and the K270 also has a barometric cave sensor. Technically, it’s otherwise completely identical. We also have a brushed motor for the main drive and a brushed motor for the tail drive. We have a small status LED up here and a red LED at the rear. That’s it for the lights. We also have the battery up front, so we’ll have to remove the canopy again. You can just unclip it. That’s where my second battery is, which came with mine, because this version is also available with one, two, or three batteries. Otherwise, as I said, it’s all completely identical. So I’d say I won’t go into too much detail here. Next, I’ll show you some nice turntable shots. You can see all the details there, and then we’ll go flying outside. The weather isn’t great, so I’m curious to see if we’ll even be able to fly together, but I’m assuming we will . So enjoy the turntable shots and then the flight. See you soon. เฮ Yes, we have a simple 2.4 GHz plastic transmitter here again . It fits well in the hand and is quite comfortable in terms of weight, even though it surprisingly takes six AA batteries. The battery compartment is, of course, located on the back. The sticks are all spring-loaded again due to the automatic takeoff and landing function, and while the stick assemblies are made of plastic, the sticks themselves are aluminum and offer some height adjustment. In the middle, we have the power switch, above it a small hanging loop, and at the top, the status LED. The trim buttons are also located around the stick assemblies. The transmitter can be operated in Mode 2 or Mode 1. To do this, simply press and hold the lower left trim button to the right while switching it on, and then bind the helicopter using either the left stick for Mode 2 or the right stick for Mode 1. The setting is then saved, so you don’t have to change it every time. Up here we have four buttons, but only the two outer ones are functional. The left button is for adjusting the swashplate deflections. The right button is for the automatic takeoff and landing function. If we press the button while stationary with the motor running, the helicopter will take off automatically. And if the button is pressed in flight, the helicopter will descend automatically, land, and then shut off the motor. Of course, you have to make sure the landing area is clear, otherwise a crash could occur. Up here we also have the 2.4 GHz antenna. There’s no handle, but there are two feet that allow you to stand the transmitter upright. Before the first flight, it’s definitely worth calibrating the helicopter on a level surface. To do this, turn on the helicopter and the transmitter, then hold both control sticks down and to the right. The transmitter will then beep. The LED on the helicopter flashes wildly, and when it stops, the calibration is complete. You can also perform this calibration if your helicopter is flying crooked; then you need to calibrate it once, and the problem should be resolved. [Music] Finally, a short conclusion. Visually, I think the Black Hawks are very cool again. For their size, they have a lot of detail, and the paint job is also cleanly done. I really like the new version. It’s also worth noting that the Blackhawk costs under €100, or even under €80. So, it’s a really affordable beginner helicopter. However, in terms of flight characteristics, I have to say that while it flies stably, it’s a bit too jerky for my taste, and it doesn’t fly as smoothly as other models of this size. I’ve also noticed that it sometimes tends to suddenly pick up speed. Especially in left turns, I had the feeling that it suddenly became really fast, even though I hadn’t applied much pitch. The strong click when you release the sticks a bit too quickly doesn’t look the most elegant in flight, but otherwise it flies very stably and never crashes or anything like that. The automatic takeoff and landing function also works flawlessly. I’m not entirely sure if the built-in altitude sensor is really necessary. It certainly helps maintain altitude while hovering, but it’s not so important in turns, since you have to be careful not to make any downward control inputs when flying a proper turn, otherwise the altitude sensor won’t maintain the altitude. So, you have to be able to fly turns very smoothly, but it probably doesn’t hurt to use it for practicing hovering or flying gentle turns if you’re a beginner. As mentioned at the beginning, you can also win a Blackhawk. To enter, simply comment on this video. You can find the details of the giveaway and its duration at the very bottom of the video description. A little further up you’ll find… Of course, you’ll also find the link to the Blackhawk and a discount code for you. This will get you the Blackhawk for even less. If you enjoyed the video, please give it a like , don’t forget to subscribe and hit the notification bell, and then all that’s left for me to say is, thanks for watching. Hope to see you again in the next video. Until then, your Chrissi. Bye.

  1. Wirklich toller Heli.
