  1. Is the bottom painted black and the top silver? The main reason I got out of the sport was my lack of seeing the plane. Even lifting the wing tips ( yea, too far away ) I couldn't see it. Great flying, something I will never do again.

  2. SUPERB FLIGHTS. I have few technical questions about the wing profile. Is it the same profile as the original plane (Göttingen series, I think) ?André, in France.

  3. Fantastic!
I have a Durafly komet.. so twitchy and difficult to take off.
Well done, must take a lot of concentration on not trying to fly the other komet at times . You show off the vertical climb so well with the smoke , great inspiration for me !

  4. According to the late Eric "Winkle" Brown, the greatest WW 2 test pilot who flew a captured ME 163 immediately after the war's end, it was a bastard to fly, especially landing. I imagine the RC version will have the same characteristics.

  5. That was thriking scary !!! Imagine how it was in reality when two of this things lached on your tail and your finger was gripping the 50 cal trigger ( single barrel ones witch the waist gunners have ) trying to shoot them down and saving your airplane , your buddies and yourself life in the process….

  6. Watching this video over and over again the thought never stop to amazing me that what a big steap and tehnologic jump this airplane was. And how much the present day aerodinamic science owes to Alexander Lippisch. Wherever HE may be ,may he FLY IN THE BLUE SKY'S FOREVER.

  7. Amazing show! The speed of the model is very impressive. Great pilots skill to fly the model at such speed! The footage is high qualità too. Very spectacular!
