Freewing VENOM V2 90mm PNP Maiden flight (stock)!
Wingspan 150cm, 110cm long and 2.5kg with 1 LiPo 6s 5000 Admiral (had to cut some foam to fit the battery in) and 30gr of lead glued in the nose gear bay to reach that perfect CG of 107mm!
Aluminium 90mm EDF with 12 composite blades, motor 3748-1450kv outrunner.
Landing : Main gear first because if not she will bounce, keep the throttle consistent during landing and don’t over-flare, cut throttle and flare at 1ft above ground level!
Flight time : 6 min mix throttle with 3.8V at the end!
My rates in this video : Ailerons 10mm, Elevator and rudder 12mm.
Flaps 18mm/32mm – No elevator mix required!
The best EDF sound I’ve heard and so easy to fly…Get yours quick on
