Descriptions:
Flightline Vought F4U-1D Corsair 1600mm UNCUT FLIGHT
Beschreibung zum Video:
RAW FLIGHT with my F4U-1D Corsair, no trim needed, my throws are 20% below lows of the Flightline’s book and it’s so scale ?
Get yours :
That big Corsair (1600mm wingspan and 1300mm long; 3,7 kg without her 6 cells LiPo) is so easy to handle, can fly very slow but can be very fast with a very beautiful noise for an electric foamy ?
9 min scale flight…ended with 3.8V on a 6S 5000mah for the lowest cell ?

I’ve crashed more planes in my 6 year career than any person ever in the sport of RC, so I’m an authority. I own 5 Flightline’s, none have ever crashed. 4 are the 1600mm warbirds- P-38, Spitfire, Corsair and now the Tigercat. The P-38 is the favorite, but the Spitfire and Corsair are a close tie for second. The Tigercat is the newest, but I already look at it as the ugly, redheaded, cross eyed stepchild. It flies great, but it just doesn’t have the “presence” in the air, seems a little under powered. The P-38, Spitfire and Corsair in the air have this…. what do the French say, “je ne sais quoi” quality about them. (The twin boom, the gull wing, or the elliptical wing, something that makes them stand out)
Love this Corsair. 2 clicks of right aileron and 2 clicks of up elevator on the maiden and I’ve never touched the trim again. I’ve flown it on a 5000 and 6000 firewalled and still made no adjustments. This is what I thought 6 years ago when I got in the sport it was going to be like flying.
I think this will be my next Warbird ?
It looks like you even ran an antenna wire from the vertical stab. Any details you could share about that? Thanks, John
More great scale flying Arthur!
The 1600mm Corsair really is a pussycat in confident hands
