  1. hey man! really happy i found you and your video! i have this plane and currently was flying on 3s packs in series to make 6s, however i just bought my first 6s pack – 4000mah, as i was wanting to save some weight and perhaps be able to shift the cg back, and sure enough here you are discussing what i was thinking!!

how do you like the 4000mah?

have you ever flown with 2x 3s in series? is the 6s pack any different in terms of "punch" or flight time? or puff? 🙁

i read in another comment here that you like to take care of your lipos, i am the same way, i really try to get mine to last as long as possible without puffing even though EDFs really are hard on batteries.

i plan to fly mine mostly in lower throttles as it looks more scale, seems like thats similar to how you are flying too, and you are hitting about 4 mins of motor time?

my final question for you too, what charger do you use to charge 6s? i have those turnigy accucell chargers and they say they are rated at 80w for 2-6s lipo but was curious if i needed a bigger power supply.

like for your 4000 mah 6s, what C do you charge at and how long does it take to charge 1 pack? is the charger or battery warm/hot after?

thanks in advance as i am new to 6s!! amazing flying and CG work my friend 🙂

  2. God bless you! I got mine and maidened it yesterday … I started with 150mm on manual mode as per the instruction manual .. plane was too nose heavy and I had hard landing .. then I moved the battery and made it 165mm and plane just flew perfect with a smooth landing .. why should Freewing consider such wrong CG!! 15mm is too much to be on safe side if they thought about that! Especially for a jet .. I also found the advised throws uncoordinated! Ailerons compare to elevators are too much .. I increased the elevators and decreased the ailerons and plane was sweetly under control on roll and pitch

  3. Essayez de le passer en 8S, les 90mm sont vachement gourmandes en 6S, le temps de vol est court, très court, trop court… 1400kv – 150A – 2x 4S 5Ah

  4. Very nice Arthur! I have been running mine at 160mm with my HRB 5000’s, I might try 165mm next, neutral CG is where the sweet spot is for sure, you can savor the flight much more ?✌️??
