[Music] [Applause] hi folks celluli copper unboxing ufms pesa containment strong ahmed today guys the unboxing of the fms p51 mustang 1.7 meters from turbinerc.com it will be available mid-june i will put the link in the description box foreign so yeah guys uh just for your information i bought this plane i bought it and it’s not a gift what a big box that’s huge pretty huge whoa all right i got it yeah the prop is here this is a spare spare props so this is the last version of daniel version available so you can see the the new servos digital metal gear servos for elevator rather around in flaps and inside there is the gyro reflex but i will uh i will remove that because i have a gyro on my on my jetty receiver from opal model france reference um m so i will have to [Music] to screw the the control horns for example huge flaps foam inches be careful with that see the uh the chanel foreign only one only one wire for the wing that’s really really nice beautiful really really beautiful the finish is just perfect you can see that’s clean that’s slick really really nice no notice this is instruction manual oh it’s just like that nothing has been damaged lucky the spinner very very hard very hard blast he can get that’s a good quality so i’m on your plastic juices the horizontal stabilizer and pull from there i say always do that to uh before putting the control horns yeah that’s perfect really really nicely done i think i don’t know if it’s water because i know i don’t think it’s just stickers i think this is a reflex instruction they’ll notice the same very cool a bit pushed here due to the shipping yeah nice pretty nice with some some tape right there always move a bit yeah runs in there and flaps and we get some tape to reinforce the hinge nicely done for the drop tanks this is a support okay here’s a screw a screw bag a reflex to update yeah i think that’s it whoa that’s huge that’s really really huge there are some some hidden things everywhere this is the origin put it in this is the diagram it’s very well protected the red nose cone perfect no damaged at all perfectly clean that’s nice drop thanks nice and you can see you just have to to put it in there without any glue i think you just have to click it [Music] the guns the exhaust and all the screws alien cage everything you you need to assemble this uh this bird that big baby all right the rudder that’s perfect pretty nice reinforced by plastic plastic mount for the screws yeah really cool the cockpit is insane on the form airplanes to see as much details that’s really really cool so i’m quiet all right you can see the air can go inside the intake huge engine predator a lot of foam inside cool and let’s have a look so okay that’s quite heavy the pilots and all the all the details of course it’s a it’s a bit heavier cool really really nice let’s see the inside a lot of mess yep oh cool this is an ec5 you can see that perfect perfect perfect and the sc right there that’s nice really really nice so now you see you just have to to plug the two uh the two cables from the wing and that’s done [Music] guys it was it was my first war bird the flight line 1.4 meters uh when i when i started back the the rc planes three years ago so i had to to get another another mustang because it’s a very special plane for me so that’s it guys here is uh the p51d mustang 1.7 meters by fms so folks as usual thank you so much for watching i hope you like that and you and you will like the the p51 don’t hesitate to put the thumbs up as usual guys and to subscribe to the channel and to tell to your to your friends uh about my uh my channel subscribe see you soon guys have a good day bye you

Yet another superb video Arthur ? I have owned this plane for the last couple of years and she flies like a dream mate I have the Mr RC sound system in mine which sounds awsome bud also I have changed the pitch on the props to give her a bit more power ?
Good to see they are shipping again. Horizon still says backorder. I acquired one from someone. Was missing parts. Wing spars and plastic parts. can't wait.

cockpit does look nice. the pilot looks too small for that size plane. he looks like he's the right size for the 1450mm version
I own one myself. Purchased it off one of my R/C Club Friends. He told me it was just not fast enough for him. He fly's Balls to the wall , throttle to the firewall. I prefer to fly in a majestic scale speed. one of the favorites on my Squadron of 540 R/C Aircraft. Bunnie is one BIG Bird.. Replaced the receiver , the one that was ib it was CR*
Sorry I missed the live Arthur. Typical FMS quality plane. Would defiantly cut the foam hinges and replace with some nice CA or Pinned ones. ??

Dommage qu'ils en soit encore aux charnieres "en mousse", le reste a l'air très chouette. Que de détails ! Ca va faire un beau mustang, très coloré. Et ce n'est pas rien sur un ciel gris quand la machine est un peu loin?
Why review such an old plane? Is there an upgrade?
I'm excited for this one! Can't wait for the flight reviews. The hinges aren't something that bother me too much. It's a pain but I have been going through a lot if my planes that only have foam hinges and lightly applying foam tac and blenderm. If I get this one I'd just cut the surfaces and hinge everything. It is a pain, and takes a little time but not really. Once it's done its it's done. Better that than wondering what went wrong. Thanks for the videos!
Nice unboxing and Nice Red Tail. Disappointed FMS used foam hinges on the aileron, flaps and elevator's, I just received the new FMS 1700mm Corsair today and it's redesigned with clevis's securing the aileron's, flaps and elevators.

After the last couple years purchasing the 1600mm Spitfire, Corsair, P-38 and FW-190, the logical next purchase was the FMS Giant P-51. Some of the guys at the field with 30+ years in the sport told me- “Wait till FMS comes out with the Version 2”, it’s an 8 year old design.” Being me, I didn’t ask what improvements they would be thinking FMS would make. Ball joints, improved motor/ESC, better landing gear, improved/more dense foam? As always, it’ll be interesting to hear your opinion on it. I don’t think my Flightline Spitfire, Corsair or P-38 had any improvements from the original since their original release. (Landing gear upgrade you could purchase on the P-38 is about it) Can’t wait to hear what your thoughts are.
(Once again, I forgot about the Tigercat. Flown 3 times on Maiden Day. It’s the ugly, red headed stepchild of the hangar. Not sure why. Flies great, similar to the P-38, easy to land. And still, banished to the basement)
