[Music] foreign 40 millimeters behind the marks of the firing neurofighter and uh thanks to these three modules from Sky RC and check the description down below and you will see all the links where you can get yours so first thing first um enable the Bluetooth in your device um applications foreign [Music] you do a long press on this button until it’s becoming blue so the three modules are on crossronomy you click on CG you can set six models so we will uh we’ll do the CG so you click there and you can see that there is um two module connected but the third one isn’t connected we will just add one or is it up now you get three and now we will assign the placement you see there is left wing right left wheel right wheel and the nose or tail wheel foreign you see it’s blinking so the position is the left main wheel that’s okay the second one okay this is what this is the right main wheel so you click on that okay the third one of course this is a nose or tail wheel so you just click right there on conclusion and okay and now that’s set you can go to enter and Bim you’ve got your device in a all the the things you have to to set so now this is a tri-cycle of course module up so you have to put the the wheel perfectly centered in the module you see just right there we’ll do the same for the right wheel um that’s good and then the nose wheel like that and you can see the total weight so it uh because I I’ve just had some some lid my lipo is all the way back my lipo is a 690 grams is foreign 29 grams of a lid in the very uh in the very tale just to to check and to see how it goes so yeah now you see the weight is a 3.8 here 84 kilograms and now we will set the three measurement so um the first one the first thing first you have to go in parameter settings no distance is so the first is wheelbase this is a distance between um this is between the nose wheel and the main wheel of course this is the center of the wheels okay so I’ve just measured that before and you see you can take a bigger a big ruler like that and my measurement is a this is a 326 millimeters and I I’ve um I’ve been held by this line you see I put the the center of the wheel in the line and it was very easy to to measure some questions so you set your measure right here so done distance and the B this is um between the main wheels and the CG and so my CG is so you can’t see a you can’t see it but it’s 40 um it’s 40 millimeters behind the mark that you can see right there see the mark from the book is here and my CG is around there you measure 14 millimeters behind and then you just have to measure the the distance between your CG and the center of the main wheel and for me it’s 50 millimeters you see and for that I’ve been held by you take some anything you want and boom you do like that and now you have your CG app on the top of the box and then you can measure it very easy um so I have 50 millimeters to just enter 50 done and the third one and this is the distance from the mains to the weight placement point so it could be the Lipo or on my case um the lead in the tail s is so I’ve set um 40 uh 40 43 centimeters and I’ve done just like that you see 43 is right here I I took my uh my uh my paper towel box and you set it like that and you can see that it’s perfect this is the center of the of the lid so that’s good so now you can enter this value U all the ways in millimeters don’t uh don’t forget that so you set up correction point you can set this is on the tail now hey what up is gravity foreign so you see that the application tells you to add 100 and 50 grams of lead foreign [Applause] I will add 9 grams Bowl on and now it’s becoming good you see the arrow is becoming green The Village [Music] foreign that’s really really huge so um we will measure how many grams we got here wow 155 grams that’s so so huge so that’s how the application works and you see I have to add 100 and a 80 85 grams so yeah that’s um that’s a big big issue with this Euro Fighter to have a decent CG and you can see that 40 millimeters behind the marks is right there my finger right here you see it’s right there and it’s not that aft compared to the wing root a recursity count minimum okay we will try to to to add some some lid we will carve this this piece of foam so thanks for watching guys and uh don’t hesitate to uh to find yours and then to click on the links in the description to get yours and then your Sky RC CG code that’s an awesome application that’s that’s even more um for the big the big jets that you can’t you can’t lift with your fingers of course foreign

  1. I like it, just not that you have to use your phone or device :/ the tech is cool all the way around. Was thinking about this one or the xicoy. I like the xicoy but not so much all the wires lol ? I might have to go with this one

  2. So glad i came across your video i thought i was going mad doing the CG on this jet, im running a 6200 6s pack and added 125g on the tail to get a 10mm behind cg line. Maybe should add another 20g for its maiden. I hope it all goes well, thanks for the great videos.

  3. Hello Arthur, great info ! These scales are great. Could you please measure for me the outer-diameter of these three scales?? Appreciate your effort. Kind regards, Rick (Netherlands)

  4. interresting tool, but to be honest i dont really see the advantage here, specially for the CG measurment feature, seems way more complicated than just putting you fingers under the wings of your jet and lift the model up, feels easier to me…its probably more usefull if you haven a really big model in the say 10-25kg range…but good step by step info, so good job still 🙂

  6. Great Vid as always Arthur! Ill be assuming that the 8S version will be worse? I plan to run 2x 4S 4200 with a combined weight of 815g to 841g (depends on brand of batt). Hopefully the heavier 8S EDF (+50g) provide a little offset so I dont need to add too much counterweight?

  7. I don't understand why you are having a problem? CG from factory was spot on with 5000 mah 50c admiral pack. It flew perfectly! Why are you having issues? Are you forcing it to high alpha?

  8. Why can't they design move able battery tray controlled by servo so u balance jet whilst flying once u achieve perfect balance see what measures compared to info from booklet

  9. Glad you are doing this, and hopefully many buyers take notice. The ever worsening trend of ridiculous CG recommendations are not only causing needless crashes, but also gives a lot of newer pilots a far worse experience than they might have had.
