Book’s CG 300-305mm (too nose heavy)…so maiden at CG 320mm gear down, upside down!

Tips:
-Suspensions are too stiff : Remove glue-grease (replace by Vaseline oil) and cut 2.5 coils of nose strut, 4.5 coils for the mains!
-Tanks add drag and reduce top speed, you’ll need couple clicks UP elevator but CG won’t be affected !
-But it’s better not to fly with tanks (too draggy and bad tendencies)!!!
-Keep flaps to elevator mix in MFC and add up elevator 11% (4mm up) with full flaps in my radio!
-Wheels Brakes set at 50% in MFC
-Use full air brakes (50mm) when you land!

My rates: Low / Mid / High, Book’s rates :
-ailerons 10/13/15mm
-elevator 10/13/15mm
-rudder 15/17/20mm
-Flaps 20mm (up 3mm elevator) / 40mm with 11% (4mm) up elevator
-Airbrakes 25/50mm (depends on the wind during the approach landing) on my left slider

[Music] [Applause] hi guys salute [Music] so guys today we will assemble the hsd jet f86 this is a 120 millimeter zdf available at turbinerc.com so first we will assemble the two half of the fuselage so you have to to put it upside down that big girl and so i will have to for all this i [Music] some screws right there all right so happens this cutter parts was sand you need these screws four by sixty millimeters [Applause] these screwdrivers are with the kit are included so that’s pretty cool we have you see so the the book calls for uh the book say to uh to glue the the join on the top uh part of the fuselage but on my previous hsd i i never did that you know and and it was okay i didn’t have any issues so i don’t think i will glue it so i put sushi found this up all right so now you have to plug this uh these wires so which way this way you see the black in front of the black yeah perfect yeah nice so that’s done now we will need uh this screws three by ten parties super no clue so we’ll screw from the inside perfect voila um that’s a perfect fit as you can see sarong no problem all right okay all right so that’s done we can put that here just to see how it looks great that’s so huge all right you can see my hand so i’m on wall so i will need only this one is a rudder and i’m going to take it apart foreign all right if you want you can secure it with some tape just coaches all right put that inside and then perfect once again that’s a perfect fit now do this perfect don’t move not at all all right now the rudder check the polarity and that’s good all right now we have to fit it inside the hole perfect so one two three four that’s it this is uh 3×10 all right so that’s done and now they said to install the fuel tank but i won’t because i want maiden with the with the fuel tank [Music] so in front of the wing you have to to screw the 20 millimeters and at the back of the the root this is a 16 millimeters quick connections that’s cool now we’ll have to i will have to remove the the wheel to uh to get some some coils spiral pascal translated nice cool ah yeah that’s that’s right there because it has to go yeah okay you see which is too long i know okay it was just that yeah nice yes okay good good good good we can close it so the cg uh will have to be at 320 millimeters so i think it’s uh right there something i will measure the it’s right here yeah right there so yeah three uh 320 millimeters from the the leaning edge the very route um so guys that’s it the assembly is finished and as you you have seen it’s a it’s very very very easy to to do but that’s a really really big plane so i will uh i will see when the weather conditions will be perfect for the maiden flight and i will do that giveaway on the maiden flight video video thank you so much for watching as usual thanks a lot for your support guys feel free to subscribe and thank you so much see you very soon bye [Music] [Music] you
