hi guys so today a flight review of the Shrike by Skynet ik this is a home brand of motion RC so let’s have a look inside just to show you the battery so this is a 3 s 2200 and it’s just right here to reach the the right cg which is 65 millimeters from the leading edge so I just put the straps here and some foam to to get the nice position so you can see that the mark here yeah 60 65 major with a 3 s 2200 so the assembly is very very easy and you can see this small small things you just have to pull it and then the wings goes up very easy you can see there the blue plug getting right here so very easy to very easy dressing Boulud they had the fields pretty nice very well done very well done motion are C&S kinetic for it this is smaller a small glider well not a real glider but this is a trainer a trainer glider you can see some flaps very very nice finish you have a plastic part underbelly yeah the access to their severity : horizontal stab yeah quite a nice quite a nice little plane you will see that right now [Music] [Music] full flaps she can fly very very very slow with only 30 30 percent of throttle flaps up this is at 40% of throttle I will make a high-speed pass full throttle and no power she’s not a real glider she can glide but with very very good thermal conditions or at the slope with some wind which is not a real glider it’s more like a glider trainer but that’s really funny with only a only few throttle and you can fly very very low and that’s so easy to handle and yeah that’s very easy to find just said by the book and I always fly in lower rates this is a three s twenty two hundred milliamps and now I’m at almost five minutes five minutes of flight time and there are still four volts in my lowest cell so you can easily fly ten minutes with a nice throttle management I’ve made a lazy mix errands to rubber but Joey you you should fly three axes yeah three axes with a drones and rudder in turns that will really really really helps almost unlimited climb ready but it’s not an acrobatic glider you know if you go too fast you can see the the wing flooding I love that sound listen I think the best way to fly that Shrike is to fly with uh with friends with two or three three gliders it can be really funny I’m now at nine minutes nine minutes of flight time with a very nice throttle management only two yeah three or four times at full throttle but I’m always between 30 and 50 percent of throttle and my lowest sale is at three point eight volts so yeah as I said you can you can set your timer between 10 and yeah between 8 and 11 minutes I think no power she sings she thinks a lot so that’s not a real lighter for sure it’s most like a trainer lighter but the good thing is that there are some flaps so you can make a mix to have some crows or butterfly a butterfly mix your flaps your flaps go down and your errands go up and like that you can you can break you can really break your your glider to land on very short airfields I’ve got the crows right now you can see that it breaks a lot I’m still at 3.8 volts on my lowest sail and I’m at 12 minutes 12 minutes of flight time that’s really really efficient for a 2,200 milliamps 3-cell battery so we’ll try to make a nice landing let’s go for the crowds a butterfly now it’s in you know see its thing it sings a lot very nice that’s Reich is very very easy to fly and maybe we can we can have a look at the throws so on low on low rates this is a low rate for the around let me in the hi quite no difference and as I said I’ve gotta a mix errands whose – rudder so this is the low the low right with the rudder low mid and high and for the elevator are only very small and I’ve made a flight flight mode a speed flight mode its flight mode with a with up flap and up errands don’t know if you can see that I’ve got only one millimeter of I’ve got one millimeter of up errands and up flaps and it increases the speed just a little bit it helps to to increase the speed so that’s it let’s see the flaps so this is the first first position and the second one you you have to you have to put a delay a big delay for the flats because if not the glider will will balloon will climb very very very high and the same for the quote you can see let me this is the cross the butterfly as you want and it it will it will break the earth speed quite a lot but you will have to to put down dynamics to the elevator you can see look at the elevator is getting down you have to you have to test it high in the air to set sail a better mix so that’s it for the ride is after 13 minutes of flight time and eight minutes a throttle throughout all time so you can see 3.88 across the board this is 58% for a 3-cell 2,200 milliamps

Bjr Arthur.
Waiting for mine to arrive – it does remind me of the Hobby-King Walrus all apart form how easy it is to install the wings on this one –
Nice flying Arthur! Love that location. Yes definitely don't want to go too fast with this one as your control surfaces could flex and lock up (ask me how I know hahaha) – James
Nice video Arthur
Stay safe!
Nouvel avion ! Pépère 🙂
